The Consortium
David Adlington Consulting is a member of The Consortium, a group of professional business mentors and coaches who work with established businesses, pre-start-ups, start-ups and sole traders, to help their businesses grow and thrive. Services include mentoring, workshops, training, consulting, access to finance and grants, all focussed on business growth.
Each member of The Consortium has personal experience in starting-up, operating and growing a business, so whatever your objectives, we will have either personally shared the same goals, or have helped clients with similar goals.
Most of us have collaborated since 2006, with additional members hand-picked to ensure that our offering remains innovative and invigorating.
As well as supporting businesses directly, our services have also been retained by the public sector, including Essex County Council, BEST Growth Hub and other business support programmes.
Essex International
Essex International is led by Peter Manning OBE. Peter has extensive in-market experience in China, India and the UK, having spent 15 years in the fields of inward investment, international trade, international relationships and business development. Peter was awarded the OBE in 2019 for services to UK/China business development.
