We will always tailor our approach to suit the client. After an initial 'discovery' session, we'll develop a longer term plan, introducing the right tools and approaches to help you achieve measurable outcomes and benefits for your business.
Coaching
Coaching often works well on, say, a monthly basis, but we can accommodate whatever works for you.
Projects
If you need more involvement or sustained help, we can work with you on a project or consultancy basis, or engage with groups of people via workshop sessions.
Cost-effective
As well as working on a commercial basis, sometimes our work can be part-paid for through a variety of grant schemes, and in some cases our support can be completely free of charge to you.
